Job responsibilities

As a Tailor at our establishment, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional custom clothing services. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including:
  1. Custom Tailoring: Using your expertise to measure, cut, and sew garments to fit the unique specifications of individual clients. Your attention to detail will be key in ensuring a perfect fit and a high-quality finished product.
  2. Alterations: Performing alterations and adjustments to existing garments to achieve the desired fit and style. This may involve resizing, restyling, or repairing garments to meet client preferences.
  3. Design Collaboration: Collaborating with clients to bring their bespoke clothing designs to life. Your creative input and technical skills will be instrumental in translating client ideas into tangible garments.
  4. Repairs: Using your sewing and mending skills to repair and restore damaged clothing items. This could include fixing tears, replacing zippers, or repairing seams to extend the life of garments.
  5. Pattern Making: Creating and modifying patterns for clothing production, ensuring accurate and consistent results. Your ability to interpret design specifications and translate them into patterns will be essential.
  6. Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tailored items. This includes ensuring that finished garments meet client expectations and adhere to established quality standards.
  7. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the tailoring process. This involves listening to client needs, offering advice and recommendations, and ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for every client.
