- HR Team Contact: After submitting your application, a member of our HR Team will reach out to you for an informal chat. This conversation will involve some simple questions to assess if your profile aligns with our requirements. If there’s a match, we’ll schedule an interview!
- Interview Process: The interview can be conducted via Skype or in person at our offices located at 27 Rue de Citeaux in Paris. This is your chance to meet our team and learn more about Mômji. However, if you feel the match isn’t ideal, you can continue your search for the perfect family. The entire process is efficient, and most candidates start working within 7 to 14 days after completing the initial form!

- Childcare Experience: Previous experience with children is necessary, whether formal (such as in a professional childcare setting) or informal (such as caring for siblings or relatives).
- Educational Qualifications: No specific diploma or educational background is required for the role.
- Language Proficiency: There is no minimum level of French proficiency required to apply.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must either be citizens of an EU country or hold a valid visa that allows them to work in France.
- Minimum Stay: The minimum commitment period is 3 months, indicating a short-term position or a trial period for longer-term opportunities.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
The role of a Mômji bilingual nanny is focused on language acquisition through daily activities and games. Working with a child from a French family, your primary responsibility is to introduce them to a new language in engaging and creative ways. In addition to typical nanny duties such as sharing snack times, preparing meals, and assisting with bath time, you are encouraged to make the most of your time together by sharing life’s moments. This could include outings to the park, exploring nature, engaging in sports, and sharing your passions and culture. You can choose to work as a Mômji Bilingual nanny in initiation if you speak a little French. In this role, childcare will be mostly in French, with a special focus on the chosen language. If you don’t speak French at all, you can join us as a Mômji Bilingual nanny in immersion, where childcare is conducted 100% in the chosen language. Throughout your journey with Mômji, we provide support every step of the way. You will receive activities and tools from our unique pedagogy every two weeks, including pedagogical ideas, playful activities, and scientific insights to share with the child. We remain in touch to assist with any queries you may have. Our nannies work between 5 to 40 hours per week, with a salary ranging between 11.5 to 13 euros per hour.
