Role Overview:

As a Senior Windows Server Engineer, you will lead the operations and service delivery of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server infrastructure. You will collaborate with the Architecture Team on projects, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working arrangements, offering at least two days in the office and weekly team meetings in Twickenham.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft AD and Server environments with 300+ server VMs on VMware vSphere.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure design and Azure Active Directory management.
• Expertise in Group Policy management, Windows Server administration, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, Endpoint Manager, virtualized infrastructure administration, and networking.
• Strong understanding of change management processes and project management principles.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL environments and ServiceNow is preferred.
