Your Role:

As a General Practitioner at this practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, home visits, and managing repeat prescriptions.
• Making autonomous decisions to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
• Assessing and addressing the healthcare needs of patients, developing personalized care plans, and providing counseling and health education.
• Prescribing medication in line with practice guidelines and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Contributing to audit and clinical standard-setting activities within the practice.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re a fully registered GP with the GMC and have completed a GP Vocational Training Scheme.
• You possess a Certificate of Prescribed Experience or Equivalent Experience issued by the PMETB.
• Desirable qualifications include MRCGP and FP Cert.
• You have a passion for continuous learning and development, with an understanding of personal development plans and portfolio-based learning.
