Bradnam’s Windows and Doors is currently seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our day shift delivery team in Rockhampton.
About the Role:
Bradnam’s Windows and Doors is excited to offer positions for Truck Drivers at our Rockhampton location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in meeting the daily production needs of the branch by safely and efficiently transporting and delivering our manufactured products and materials. You will also have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and offer guidance and support to learner drivers and offsiders as needed.
Truck Drivers will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring all vehicles are in a safe, well-maintained, clean, and organized condition, and securing all items loaded onto trucks and trailers before travel, providing assistance with loading and unloading as required.
- Maintaining accurate driver diaries and supporting paperwork in compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
- Effectively communicating with customers regarding delivery instructions and obtaining necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Completing all required paperwork and checklists and contributing to maintaining a clean and organized branch environment.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety practices and complying with all site requirements, including the use of mandatory PPE and adherence to sign-in procedures.
- Traveling within the Central Queensland region.

Work Schedule:
Our work schedule operates Monday to Friday, encompassing a total of 38 hours per week across various shifts to accommodate different preferences and needs. Skills & Experience as a Truck Driver:

- A valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence issued for the appropriate vehicle category.

- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Truck Licence MR.
- Success in this role requires a positive, self-motivated attitude, along with a passion for collaborative teamwork to achieve desired commercial outcomes.
