Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse at Jubilee Lodge, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the care team to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care are maintained. You will collaborate with residents, their families, and the wider team to deliver personalized care and clinical leadership. Responsibilities include medication administration, end-of-life care, venepuncture, and more.

About You:

• Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse, currently registered with NMC
• Post-registration experience with evidence of continuing professional development
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Positive role model and supportive leader
